Find the Kinetic prices that fell behind your costs.
Hawkeye is pricing software for manufacturers with thousands of products. Every night its AI agents read Kinetic and find the customer prices worth raising. Each one comes with the reason written out.
You approve the ones you agree with, and Hawkeye writes them back to Kinetic.
Costs move every month. Price lists don’t.
Most manufacturers on Kinetic sell thousands of products off price lists, set once and raised across the board when someone has time. Material costs, supplier increases, tariffs and freight move under them every month, and nobody checks thousands of prices by hand.
The broad increase raises prices that didn’t need it and misses the ones that fell furthest behind.
Hawkeye checks every product for every customer, every night, and tells you which prices to change and why.
Material costs move a whole line at once
When steel, copper or resin goes up, the cost of every product made from it moves together. Price lists change on their own schedule, usually once a year.
Hawkeye checks each price against its own cost every night and puts the biggest gaps first, so the first changes you approve are the ones worth the most.

Every change comes with the reason.
Each change says what happened, like a 24V solenoid valve that sold 46 times to 19 customers last year on a price set in 2022, while every other valve in the line went up twice. It shows the new price, the margin at that price, and what the change is worth in a year.
What we find in the invoices
- 1 in 4customer prices hadn’t moved in 12 months
- 4.6 ptsmedian margin lost where cost rose under a flat price
- $153Ka year in added margin, estimated, from one customer’s approved changes
“Hawkeye shows us the specific parts where costs have outrun our prices, and why. We approved 60 changes in one meeting, and they were in our ERP the next day.”
Brad Elsten, CFO, VC999
How it works with Kinetic
- Connect. Hawkeye connects to Kinetic read-only and pulls your price lists, costs, invoices and orders. Nothing gets written until you sign off on the guardrails.
- Find. Every night the agents look for a cost that moved under a price that didn’t, a price well below the rest of its product line, and customers paying different prices for the same product.
- Approve. You approve the changes you agree with. Hawkeye writes them to Kinetic that night and tracks every sale at the new price.
Questions about Hawkeye and Kinetic
Does Hawkeye work with Epicor Kinetic?
Yes. Hawkeye reads your data from Kinetic and writes approved prices back to it.
What does Hawkeye read from Kinetic?
Your price lists, customer and group price lists, costs, invoices and orders. It builds a baseline for every product and every customer before it suggests a single change.
We're a manufacturer, not a distributor. Does it fit?
Yes. Our first customer is a packaging equipment manufacturer. Hawkeye fits any company with thousands of products and prices that move less often than its costs.
Isn't Kinetic's own pricing enough?
Kinetic stores your price lists and applies them on an order. It doesn't tell you which of your thousands of prices to change, or why. That is the part Hawkeye does.
See which of your Kinetic prices are wrong.
Send us a year of Kinetic invoices. We run Hawkeye on them and walk you through the top price changes before you buy anything.
