Find the NetSuite prices that fell behind your costs.
Hawkeye is pricing software for distributors with thousands of products. Every night its AI agents read NetSuite and find the customer prices worth raising. Each one comes with the reason written out.
You approve the ones you agree with, and Hawkeye writes them back to NetSuite.
Costs move every month. Price levels don’t.
Most NetSuite distributors sell off price levels: a base price and a few tiers for volume and competition, with customer-specific prices on top. The margin report runs on average cost, which moves slowly while old stock sells through. By the time a copper or resin increase shows up there, you’ve been selling under what the next order costs for weeks.
Hawkeye checks every product for every customer, every night, and tells you which prices to change and why.
Average cost hides the increase
Say you hold 400 units bought at $10, and the next order costs $12. Average cost creeps toward $12 only as the old stock sells through. A price set off the average lags the whole way.
Hawkeye checks every price against the latest cost, so the flag comes the day the new cost lands.

Every change comes with the reason.
Each change says what happened, like a cost increase that landed in March while the price stayed put, with the margin at what you pay today, not the average. It shows the new price, the margin at that price, and what the change is worth in a year.
What we find in the invoices
- 1 in 4customer prices hadn’t moved in 12 months
- 4.6 ptsmedian margin lost where cost rose under a flat price
- $153Ka year in added margin, estimated, from one customer’s approved changes
“Hawkeye shows us the specific parts where costs have outrun our prices, and why. We approved 60 changes in one meeting, and they were in our ERP the next day.”

How it works with NetSuite
- Connect. Hawkeye connects to NetSuite read-only and pulls your price levels, customer-specific prices, costs, invoices and orders. Nothing gets written until you sign off on the guardrails.
- Find. Every night the agents look for a cost that moved under a price that didn’t, a customer-specific price set months ago, and customers paying different prices for the same item.
- Approve. You approve the changes you agree with. Hawkeye writes them to NetSuite that night and tracks every sale at the new price.
Questions about Hawkeye and NetSuite
Does Hawkeye work with NetSuite?
Yes. Hawkeye reads your data from NetSuite and writes approved prices back to it.
What does Hawkeye read from NetSuite?
Your price levels, customer-specific prices, costs, invoices and orders. It builds a baseline for every item and every customer before it suggests a single change.
Isn't NetSuite's own pricing enough?
NetSuite stores price levels and customer prices and applies them on an order. It doesn't tell you which of your thousands of prices to change, or why. That is the part Hawkeye does.
Copper and resin move every month. Can Hawkeye keep up?
It checks every price every night, so a cost increase that lands on Monday can be on Tuesday’s list.
